Privacy

This website handles personal data when you write to us through the form or book a call, and it counts visits without identifying you. This is what happens to it, under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Controller. The owner named in the legal notice. For anything about your data, write to .

What data. What the form asks for: your name, your email, what you need and your message, which we need to reply to you. To stop spam, Cloudflare checks that you are a person, and the website uses your IP address to count your sends over one minute, without storing it. If you book a call, what you give Cal.com. When you visit the website, Cloudflare Web Analytics receives the technical side of each visit (the page, the website you came from, your browser, your country and how long it takes to load) to count visits in aggregate, without cookies, without storing anything in your browser and without following you from one website to another.

What for. To answer your enquiry and, if you ask us to, prepare a proposal. The visits, to learn which pages are read and whether the website loads fast. We send you no advertising, and we build no profiles and make no automated decisions with your data.

Legal basis. Replying to you is a pre-contractual step you ask for (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Checking that you are a person and limiting sends protects the website from abuse, and counting visits in aggregate helps us improve it: both are legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)).

How long. While your enquiry lasts. If it does not lead to a project, we delete the message within 12 months at most; if it does, we keep what the law requires us to keep.

Who else handles it. Only the providers that help us do this, as processors: Cloudflare (hosts the website, counts visits, checks that you are a person and forwards the email), Resend (sends your message, from its EU region), Google (the Gmail inbox it lands in) and, if you book, Cal.com. We do not sell or share your data.

Outside the EU. These providers are US companies. Their contracts cover the transfer with the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, as the case may be.

Your rights. You can ask to see your data, correct it, delete it, object to or restrict its use, and take it with you, by writing to . If you think we are not handling them well, you can complain to the .

Cookies

This website uses no tracking or advertising cookies, and keeps nothing in your browser when you visit it. That is why it does not ask for your permission. Only two services you ask for keep something, and it is technical:

  • When you use the form. Cloudflare Turnstile's spam check keeps cf.turnstile.u in the local storage of challenges.cloudflare.com, to tell people from bots.
  • When you book a call. Cal.com, which opens inside the website, sets Cloudflare's __cf_bm security cookie on cal.com, which expires after 30 minutes, and keeps reserverUid in its local storage to hold the time you pick while you book.

Both are needed for the service you ask for, so the law does not require your consent (Article 22.2 LSSI). You can delete them in your browser's settings.

If we ever add a tool with cookies that are not needed, we will ask for your permission before turning it on and say so here.
